Review on 🌱 Myro Plant-based Deodorant - Aluminum and Baking Soda Free, Cruelty-Free, Vegan - Big Dipper Scent with Bergamot, Lavender, and Vetiver by Patricia Goliday

Effective but needs improvement

I love the idea of a reusable deodorant container. The packaging is well made and safe. It's aesthetic and modern. Deodorant effectively neutralizes the smell of sweat. I wore it from morning to night and the unpleasant odor never appeared. Once the scent fades, the remaining scent reminds me of regular soap. It's very simple and neutral, never uncomfortable. My main criticisms are the consistency of the formula as it is difficult to apply the entire product correctly. Myro is advertised as a stick, but the formula is more like a gel, almost like a cream. It melts very easily and I found it easier to apply with my hands like a lotion rather than a pen. If you use the "stick" directly, you're applying too much and you'll have to wipe off the excess or it won't dry. Squeezes out through holes in the cap so you can control exactly how much you apply. This would make the creamy formula much more convenient. I'm hoping that either the packaging or the formula will be improved in the future because it's a good, healthier alternative to my aluminum antiperspirant and I look forward to buying it in the future.
