The scale is beautiful and accurate. I gave 3 stars 6 weeks ago because the three AAA batteries need to be changed every 2-3 weeks. I bought the longest lasting Energizer Max batteries ($1 each = $3 each) hoping they would last longer. Unfortunately, only 18 days have passed and the battery indicator Lo lights up again. I calculated that this scale would cost me $60 a year in batteries. I wrote to the seller about this but received no reply.

I got this product because all the reviews said it was so accurate but after two days with good accuracy my friend moved the scale and I told him to recalibrate it but since then , no matter how long I wait, no matter how many times I calibrate, I never get the same number on the scale. First of all, it's 15 pounds lighter than the first day I used it and it will fluctuate by 3-8 pounds every time I step on it. I've only had the scale for a few days so I'm definitely disappointed.

This scale is junk. That's not correct at all. Case in point this morning: At 6:15 am I weighed myself and was told I weighed 222.9 pounds. At 6:22, after I went to the bathroom, he said I weighed 224.1 pounds! Did I really gain 1.2 pounds after going to the bathroom? This scale is thin with a large, flat, smooth platform with no pattern, texture or decoration, making it a great fit for feet large and small and easy to clean. You don't have to tap it with your foot to wake it up, just stand on it. I love that it checks your weight as soon as the indicator light tells you to get off the scale. If you come back to it again, you get the same weight. I replaced the Weight Watchers with these because the first one gave a different weight when we stood on it close

The scale has one job to tell you your weight correctly. This one was so contradictory that I ended up taking it to the concrete floor of the garage and destroying it.
