False advertising/fire hazard

False advertising. The description says it has a 5ft cord, but it doesn't. The one I received is 2 feet. Plugged it in (not Samsung branded) and the charger made a screeching noise and felt very hot. Do not buy this item. He will burn down your house! I'm glad I sat next to him and didn't leave!

Problem. Do Not Buy

Fast Charge? Yes. However, there are two major problems: (1) The power supply makes a faint squeak when plugged in. (2) The touch screen becomes extremely unstable (ghost touch, lag, etc.) during phone charging due to wrong delivery of power adapter. charging current. (Note: I have tested this several times. The issue only occurs when connected to this specific power adapter and does not occur when disconnected or connected to the Samsung power adapter.)

Great product, great customer service

My husband's Galaxy S7 charger was at the end of its life, the cables are worn and working. We looked to see if it would be easy and cheap to get a replacement charger and found just the right charger for 1/4 the price we pay for electronics these days. We decided to give it a try, it works great, charges his phone even better than his original charger (according to him :-)) and our #1 choice for all electronics! Emily and her team are amazing!

It worked for a while. Then the tablet rejected it.

Apparently Samsung requires special chargers and none of my many USB micro charger/cable combos worked. this one works fine. Follow-up check: after a few weeks they stopped working. Samsung tablet decided they are not genuine. I would really like to find and buy original Samsung chargers, but until now it has not been possible. So far I've been able to charge (for the most part) with the Revain Basics charger. However, this does not always work.

Not an original Samsung charger, it broke in transit, charges like any other charger.

This is not original Samsung charger. Yes, I know it says "compatible with Samsung" and not a genuine Samsung charger. Although I have Android chargers I wanted to see if they would charge faster and the answer is no. It's basically just an Android charger from the Dollar Store. It's ok for the price, but if you're looking for an Android charger there are cheaper ones, the charger also has a loose item and I didn't break it. It was broken when I received it.

Be careful

Caution. I do not know. Received this charger, everything seemed fine, slightly different in feel and size than the OEM charger. The first two days the charger worked fine and the second night after using the charger my phone restarted on its own and kept restarting... I took it to see if it could be fixed and the tech said, it was either electrical damage due to a dive didn't happen, or a defective charger... that could be coincidence... I don't know... Pretty frustrating, I lost everything on
