Typical Terrex comfort out of the box

I used to berate runners for my hikes; My latest pair is Adidas Terrex 305 (great show but can't find them anymore). This time I changed it and went with the sneakers and I'm happy with my choice. They feel more supportive and are holding up well during a 20-mile hike in the Glacier NP backcountry in July 2021. Waterproofing did the job, no hot spots, great support carrying a 40+ pound pack. Highly recommended.

True to size, great lightweight option!

Came in size, 11.5 was 11.5. They were comfortable and had excellent traction and also gave the ankle slightly better movement while still maintaining support as hiking shoes.

Shoes not as advertised

These shoes are not Gore-Tex as advertised. No Gore-Tex logo on shoes and wear only after inspection in wet conditions. I've had several pairs of adidas Terrex, all of which were Gore-Tex, had a Gore-Tex logo somewhere on the shoes, and they've performed great in the wettest of conditions. They definitely cheated with the purchase.

Do not buy, only about 95% waterproof.

Terrible shoe. This shoe is advertised as waterproof. Well it isn't. Close, but that's the problem. I would say it's about 95% waterproof. So I go across the meadow in the morning. Almost every morning there is dew on the grass. Well, the dew from the grass somehow gets into my shoes and that's why I have wet feet in them all day. Since they're basically waterproof, the moisture won't go away and these shoes end up smelling awful. I've had them for about a month now and I seriously can't stand…

Fits perfectly. suitable for hiking and trekking

First of all I would say that I have a bit wide feet. Now I usually order a boot or other shoes and they tend to be tight. You were perfect. From the box. I wear them to work. I have a soft spot for hiking shoes, sneakers etc. And in addition to being fashionable, I also find them very comfortable. They are a size 9. I have tested them at my normal pace and so far so good. They'll get a little dirty and worn, but the build quality is definitely there. I will definitely get another pair in the…

All day outdoor comfort

I've used them on a recent hike, climb and canyoning trip and they have worked flawlessly. We ran about 45 miles in wet conditions with no issues, but they really stood out in the gorges. The soles adhere very strongly to the rocks but stand up to the excessive wear that is normal for soft rubber soles. Amazing purchase and would definitely recommend

Pros
  • There's something to it
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Comfortable, durable and perfect for wide feet!

Adidas men's shoes that don't have the width of a small woman? The? When choosing shoes from adidas, I pay particular attention to whether they fit my wide foot and are easy to put on. They have a pull tab on the front and back which makes them easy to put on. There's a semi-sock-like membrane that goes across the foot, but it's split so it doesn't feel like a fashion statement where you have to stretch it just to slip your foot through. leg and it fits perfectly. I've only worn them for about…
