I like the fact that they are quite long and therefore withstand any shrinkage that may occur. So until I wore them, there was no laundry. They do feel a bit flimsy though, so durability might play a role, time will tell this Illinois winter. Otherwise, I say they should do the job.

These flannel shorts are comfortable to wear - I wear them like pajamas. I especially like the bags. Don't ask me why I have pockets in my pajamas, but I like having pockets in almost everything. Well washed. The only thing I didn't like was the number of loose threads when they arrived. I must have spent half an hour cutting a loose thread from my shorts.

Can be a bit hot for summer pajamas (if you don't have air conditioning) but we live in northern Minnesota and there are many nights when soft flannel feels really good! They are very well made and wash very well. We keep them at our home on the shores of Lake Superior for our 2 teenage grandsons to wear at night (sometimes they wore them all day, so comfortable!). These pajama shorts arrived with a VERY STRONG smell of mold. As if they were somewhere in a damp basement. I opened the plastic bag and the smell filled the whole room. I ordered medium for men but they ended up being quite large. The cut of these shorts is odd and puffy. The photo does not show how much they swell. If you are a thin woman of average height, choose another brand. Really, just pick another brand no matter what. The moldy product was repulsive. I washed them twice and the smell…

I got one of these about five years ago who knows where, couldn't find anything similar anywhere not even here on Amazon, they fit as expected, very comfortable and soft, they feel like they are they are mainly made from cotton the only bad thing is you don't really know what colors you are getting as they only promise a variety of checkered packaging. I'm lucky because I have two shades of red and one shade of black. I use them like pajamas and love them

I think these shorts are true to size. I'm 5'8, 160 and bought the medium but could probably go with the small. But media is free and convenient. There are two front and one back pocket. Should you throw your shorts in the washing machine right away because of the possible flame retardant smell? Not a bad deal for three pairs of cotton sleep shorts.

These are decent pajama shorts. At the same time, note that you cannot choose colors. When tinkering with this system I ended up with an orange, yellow and purple Easter paisley with a green marker that is completely useless. Very disappointed that I couldn't get at least one decent color option (blue, green, red), a way of sending me something that a sane person would never choose American Active for.
