I think these shorts are true to size. I'm 5'8, 160 and bought the medium but could probably go with the small. But media is free and convenient. There are two front and one back pocket. Should you throw your shorts in the washing machine right away because of the possible flame retardant smell? Not a bad deal for three pairs of cotton sleep shorts.
