Still holding up

Bought for my boy's sandbox at home. I filled it with kinetic sand to reduce clutter and after a year it's still holding up. My boys are 4 and 7 years old and even sitting on it has held up. The lid is a flimsy plastic material that doesn't hold up too well, but since we're using it internally it doesn't really matter.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Disappear

Frustration with sand and water tables

This product did not come with the awning pictured. It was a complete disappointment. One of the main reasons I bought this sandbox was to keep critters and other animal feces out of it. The tarpaulin shown in the picture shows that it covers the sandpit easily and effectively. It's not like this. What a sad disappointment it was for me after spending the money to find the tarp wasn't even included.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Some difficulties

So far, so good. in Sand & Water Tables

Serves its purpose. However, the legs are a bit thin and it's not as deep as I would like. But my son used it all summer and it still stands with a lot of dirt. It's easy to assemble. All you have to do is snap the 4 legs into place and you're done. The lid is a tarpaulin that is exactly the size of the top. It has 4 loops that can be hooked to the pegs on the table. So far he has kept his sand dry! So far I can't complain. 4 stars for thin legs and a flat table.

Great water table in both sand and water tables

We have used this as a water table and it is great for 3 and 1 year olds. It's a bit short for a 3 year old but she still enjoyed having the toys thrown and splashed at everyone else. We plan to occasionally add sand, sensory beach balls, rice, etc. and just throw it away after a few uses as a tarp isn't the same thing as a plastic lid. I waited to buy as soon as the product went on sale, very happy with this product for the price. Both girls were seated at the table and he held them tight…

Pros
  • Solid construction
Cons
  • Almost never

My 1 year old, 18 month old and 3.5 year old grandkids love it. It took an 11-pound sack of play sand. He's on my deck where spills can be easily swept up. Without the weight of sand at the end of the season, it's easy to store. Other posters complained that the "casing" was just a piece of plastic, and it was, BUT it completely covered the sand and there was enough overlap that even after rain, a puddle in the casing wouldn't pull it all the way up. made of sand. In 3 years it will probably be

Love the size of this table

I love the size of this table, I usually have 3-4 younger children (2-5 years old) at home and it's a great size for everyone and play. It has 2 disadvantages, 1 it is not very difficult. This means my 2 year old nephew loves to push him rather than clean up the mess. It couldn't do it with my latest sand/water table2. side before I can get to the other side to "button" it. Even if you plan on leaving it outside, it won't keep out the rain. It doesn't let air through. When it rains, water…

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Long delivery time

This table arrived yesterday (Memorial Day weekend) and I quickly bought a 50 pound bag of sterilized sand to fill at my local grocery store (additional cost $4.16). There's probably about 25 pounds of sand in the table - I keep the other half of the bag for when we need to replace the sand. The table only took a few minutes to assemble, and if you can lift 25 pounds, it's not difficult to move. My four year old played with him for three hours last night. He took all his Hot Wheels, toy cement…
