Pillow filling fits inside plush OR pillow. You cannot complete them at the same time. The pillow is not very comfortable, and due to the position of the stuffed animal's head, it is almost impossible to carry and use as a pillow. We kept it because my son loves the stuffed animal. We don't use it as a pillow and I wouldn't recommend it as a travel pillow. It's cute but not practical.

Cute and soft fox! I bought it for myself and I am a small adult woman. It sits pretty well on my neck but slips off if I don't support my back or grab it with my hands. Swapping plush for a pillow is easy, but it doesn't completely fill out the neck pillow and vice versa. Where the beads don't stuff and the excess plush goes into the neck pillow, I'm uncomfortable.
