I have only used it a couple times, but I am able to do the same things with this tool as the therapist was doing with her plastic tools.

Iv got 2 different Gus Sha Massage Tool that i use to use on my tight muscles. My hip and upper thigh area are always tight so I saw this Stockton Massage Tool and decided to buy it and I have to say it feels really light weight compared to the ones I use now from a different Company. Stockton Massage Tool is great and it slides easily up and down on my skin to release built up scar tissue and tight muscles so I can walk without A lot of pain. I recommend getting this.5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I like the shape and size but I did not like the texture of the tool, it feels gritty or grainy and doesn't feel good to glide on my skin. It has a thick edge which is what I wanted. This may work for you if you like the gritty feeling.

I’ve been eyeing Gua Sha tools for a while ever since I’ve been reading on it’s awesome applications and how I can incorporate it into my daily routine. I read pros and cons between which type of materialTo get your Gua Sha tools.and finally decide on stainless steel (I had this fear that any type of crystal or stone would break off and ruin my skin)I’ve used it 3-4 times now and love how it feels. This tool is hard for sure. The edges are sharp so is not gentle on your skin. Hurt every time you scrape your muscle. Could cause further injury if used without proper knowledge!

My physical therapist used a tool like this for my plantar fasciitis and said I could use the same type of tool at home. I found this on Revain and have had success using it on my feet. The tool is smooth, easy to handle, and seems like it will last a long time. It also works great with my Young Living essential oils which I incorporate to help with pain relief.

Only used a few times since received but happy with it. It's a little thicker than I thought but light enough to maneuver. Love the case for it. Would love a small brochure or print out with some ideas for application.

I'm very pleased with this high quality stainless steel scraper. The scraper is well designed. It also fits nicely in my hand. I had a total knee replacement. My recovery has reached a point where I will be doing future PT at home. My physical therapist gave me instructions on how to use this scraper. Great way to slowly get into scrapping. I had Achilles surgery and have been using it on my calf and foot. It's made a big difference in my healing and pain. Fits in your palm so you can be accurate and apply the right pressure.

I have tried the B shape and find this "heart” shape much easier to hold for working on the scar tissue at the base of my second toe.

I just wanted to say it was more then I expected but of course in a good way. I had one used on me when I went to a chiropractor. He suggested one for me. I’m sure happy I got it. Super easy to use. This scraper is super easy to use and hold! I never had used a scraper before but since my husband injured his back and the brace he’s been using wasn’t helping, I decided to give it a go. I purchased this after carpel tunnel surgery to work on getting rid of the scar tissue and flattening out the scar and the results are amazing. The quality is as good as I have seen in my physical therapy and chiropractor's office.

Bought this to treat an area of trauma on my face - has a nice soft edge, very well priced and extremely effective - got rid of an area of restriction that I thought might leave a permanent disfigurement. I bought this as a gift , and chose this seller because it "comes with a leather case”, but case isn’t leather, it’s PU leather (faux leather). False advertising.

Its took quite a while using it to scrap my heat where the tendon attaches to the heal but I believe this was the final piece of the puzzle to get it to heal and improve. Its never just one thing but with stretching, strengthening, etc, I didn't see significant progress. With the additional use the scrapper, I've now seen measurable consistent progress.

I needed this for massage to my hip and it works beautifully. I've been using household items that worked,but were very cumbersome.
