Its took quite a while using it to scrap my heat where the tendon attaches to the heal but I believe this was the final piece of the puzzle to get it to heal and improve. Its never just one thing but with stretching, strengthening, etc, I didn't see significant progress. With the additional use the scrapper, I've now seen measurable consistent progress.
