The o-ring and bushing installed with no problems but the oil leakage increased. It turned out that the O-ring is too thin compared to the original. Waste of money and time!

Love the fact that they provided 2 different prints and engagements on how to do it. I could take about an hour. but I just had to go all the way and clean it up and give it a new look.

I bought this for a 2002 Honda Accord LX. Revane said he would come to my car. Maybe it's not your fault. It didn't fit. The o-ring was too thin, about half what I needed to fit the original OEM o-ring. Thank you for your efforts. But try fixing that o-ring, it slowed down my project a bit.

My 1999 2.3 liter Accord was well equipped. The product looks high quality. Purchase a good set of punches to pry out the pin at the end of the shaft. The groove on my Hitatchi transfer shaft was worn out where the old seal was. Time will tell if it seals well or if the shaft is worn out. Not the seal kit's fault, just 244,000 miles or wear and tear.

O-ring does not fit the Hitachi distributor, too thin. There are two internal seals, one for TEC and one (thicker) for Hitachi manifolds. If you have a Hitachi distributor (the name is on the cap) you will need a thicker o-ring otherwise it will likely leak. FelPro part #72416 fits Hitachi dealers.
