I ordered sneakers for my granddaughter. My daughter took her to the store to check the size after I placed the order. This manufacturer runs small so my daughter told me I need 3 1/2 instead of three. I just bought another sneaker for my granddaughter and they were a size 3. I contacted them as they have not shipped and will not ship for another week. I was told that they could not change the order that I would have to return it. Now I find out that I have to pay $4.95 for the return shipping.
