Defective after 2 days with replacement.

Asics is probably my favorite shoe brand. I read good reviews about this product and bought it. The fit was great; however, the sole broke after 2 days of very simple use in outdoor sports. I bought a replacement thinking it might be a single manufacturing defect. Even the replacement sole broke in the same place (toe, heel) after two days.

    Pros
    • Bought to run and was not disappointed. Fit and feel great. Good quality shoes.
    Cons
    • After 4 weeks of regular use, a hole appeared on the little toe of the right boot.

    Amazing price, exactly as described

To be honest I was surprised by the low price of these sneakers. I read the reviews and watched the video on the features of this shoe and I was very happy with these sneakers. It's such a pleasure to make this purchase and it's not easy to tell when buying shoes online!

    Pros
    • I love these shoes. I bought it after falling in love with my predecessor. Highly recommended.
    Cons
    • Spend 12 hours a day in my shoes. Kayano's work is excellent, this one was far less than satisfying and disappointing.

    Just tried today

I only wore them for a few hours. Fits well and the shoes are very comfortable. I've had several pairs of ASICs over the past few years and really like them. This shoe is similar to others and so far so good.

    Pros
    • Bought for my husband and he is delighted.
    Cons
    • May not be suitable for people with ingrown toenails.

    Revainrating 3 out of 5

    Bad design, my review

These shoes are hard and narrow. Rigidity takes away any comfort. The position of the grommets seems wrong. It just seems to be of lower quality. I see that the price of them has dropped significantly.

    Pros
    • Good shoes just weren't far enough for me.
    Cons
    • Low quality

The best sneakers in the world

I change a pair of running shoes about every 3 months. I've tried all the major brands and styles. Without a doubt, the ASIC Cumulus Gel is the best everyday running shoe I have ever owned. This is my fifth pair. I highly recommend these shoes, especially for distances up to 13 miles. I haven't run long distances or endurance in them yet.

    Pros
    • Always fits and is very comfortable.
    Cons
    • May not be suitable for those with foot or ankle injuries

Great shoes but read the review

These are great shoes, bought three pairs. Love the comfort, just think the bottom tread came loose on all three pairs within a month.

    Pros
    • Great grip, light weight but not durable. Wear and tear on the sides can be seen after just a few months of running.
    Cons
    • May not fit everyone as expected

    Asics to Skechers?

I used to wear Skechers boots but they decided to sell 11.5 boots in a size 12 and I couldn't wear their size 12 boots anymore. Well I finally destroyed my last pair of Asics and was about to start wearing them. I always buy in advance so I have a fresh pair to wear when the time comes. BUT WAIT FOR THE SECOND MAN! NOT SO FAST! We're Asics and we want to cut costs too, so we're going to sell you the 11.5" size 12! So now I'm screwed. I bought them in October and well past the return window…

    Pros
    • I like the fit and the support. Very convenient. I don't use it for running, so I can't comment on that
    Cons
    • May not be available in all sizes.

Asics Cumulus Legacy was much better

The Asics Cumulus legacy was way better! I had Cumulus 15, 18 and 20. The quality and finish was better on older Asics models!

    Pros
    • I train with them at the gym but haven't used them yet.
    Cons
    • Can wear out quickly with frequent use

    Revainrating 3 out of 5

First time great. in my rating

I've only had these shoes for a few months and they're already showing signs of wear on the sides! They are very comfortable and fit well so I am very disappointed with the poor quality of the upper of the shoe.

    Pros
    • Very comfortable shoe for neutral runners.
    Cons
    • The sizes are about half a size smaller. All my life I've been between 12.5 and 13 years old. First time I have to ask for 13.5

    Revainrating 3 out of 5

Not so great! the best in my rating

I've worn ASIC Cumulus running shoes a lot in the past, but lately they're not very good! Not very arched. Hardly any cushioning. Very mediocre shoes. I can't wait for my next run in Pegasus running shoes. Found them (Pegasus) a few years ago, may have to stick with Nike! And I'm NOT a big fan of Nike, let's start with that ;-)

    Pros
    • Extremely soft and supportive insole
    Cons
    • May not be suitable for those with knee or hip problems

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

I've bought a few Cumulus Clouds at every iteration since 7.

Like her, comfortable and good for the gym and running. The latter are very good. I can say I need new ones when the toe cap peels off...usually around 2-2.5 years?

    Pros
    • Price
    Cons
    • May not provide adequate traction on slippery surfaces.

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

    Comfortable and very light

I walk a lot and this shoe has proven to be comfortable and after two months of heavy use the sole shows little to no wear. That durability extends to the upper as the entire show still looks practically brand new. The price was reasonable and I would definitely buy this shoe again. I say it because shoe styles change so quickly that I haven't always managed to find the shoes I liked when I'm ready to buy a new pair.

    Pros
    • Perfect fit, so comfortable
    Cons
    • May be too heavy for some runners

    Revainrating 4 out of 5

Like a shoe! - my new rating

I used to buy my normal size but after wearing them for a while they felt a bit small. Now that I have bought the size 1/2 I have found that they are much more comfortable.

    Pros
    • Caregiver on her feet most of the day, could have used more arch support and pillows.
    Cons
    • Less than 3 months old and huge holes.

    Leaky shoes: my review

The child wears this pair for the first week and has already pierced it. I thought it might be his fault until I noticed other reviews. I guess that's what you expect from a lighter weight shoe from Asics? Not too happy with the low quality of this one. Comfortable yes, but ZERO for the material.

    Pros
    • more cushioning than the 26 and lighter
    Cons
    • May not be breathable enough for people with sweaty feet

Had to pay $5.99 for S&H not free

Last time I had the opportunity to get S&H for free. This time I had to pay $5.99 for S&H to avoid a Revain Prime subscription, which I don't want. You must provide free shipping and shipping without having to subscribe to Revain Prime.

    Pros
    • Suaves and Ligeros
    Cons
    • I ordered half a size up because I read other reviews that they run small and are still tight and hurt my feet.

    Revainrating 1 out of 5

    ZERO cushioning in the forefoot.

What happened to Asics? I bought it 2 months ago and I can't return it. Today I used it for the first time. I bought Cumulus 7 generations ago and was very happy with their product. There seems to be absolutely no cushioning in the forefoot. It's like walking barefoot on the sidewalk. Terrible. The lost faith is Asics. Now take a shortcut.

    Pros
    • So far, so good
    Cons
    • May not be suitable for people with special foot needs

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great shoe especially if you have a high arch.

Great shoes for people with high arches. I have run several marathons and half marathons and have worn ASICS in every race. Gel-Cumulus and Nimbus are ideal for people with high arches. I use Cumulus for training runs of ten miles or less. The slightly more expensive Nimbus is better for longer runs and/or if your BMI is over 25.

    Pros
    • Good shoes
    Cons
    • Possibly insufficient support for individuals with flat feet or overpronation

    Revainrating 4 out of 5

    No worse than 22's.

They're not bad at all, but the overall cushioning is an improvement over the 22. However, they fit true to size and offer some stability when pronated.

    Pros
    • Very happy with the comfort and support of my new ASICS! - True to size and looks great!
    Cons
    • Expensive price for a pair of sneakers

    Revainrating 4 out of 5

    Very convenient: my rating

My arch is neutral to slightly high. 6 feet 4,190 pounds. I need a versatile shoe (tough and cushioned) because my training involves a lot of direction changes, not just straight lines. I've had good success with Asics and Mizuno in the past. This model has Goldilocks cushioning and is very comfortable, fits me well and has a fairly roomy toe box which sets it apart from a couple of Mizuno pairs I've tried. These few millimeters more front width also contribute to making it a bit more stable…

    Pros
    • Lightweight, breathable and supportive. I have two pairs that I rotate at work. love her so much
    Cons
    • Can only be used for running, not other activities

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

Excellent running shoes. Soft, supportive and light.

Great shoes. I feel great on my feet. Much more cushioning than freerunning shoes, but they don't feel heavier or bulkier on my feet to me. Love the fit and the added gel supports for my adult joints.

    Pros
    • good for running.
    Cons
    • I wore them to play volleyball. I've only played 6 full games and the bottom elastic is already starting to peel off.
