My arch is neutral to slightly high. 6 feet 4,190 pounds. I need a versatile shoe (tough and cushioned) because my training involves a lot of direction changes, not just straight lines. I've had good success with Asics and Mizuno in the past. This model has Goldilocks cushioning and is very comfortable, fits me well and has a fairly roomy toe box which sets it apart from a couple of Mizuno pairs I've tried. These few millimeters more front width also contribute to making it a bit more stable. Not the lightest shoe, but I don't race and an extra ounce or two helps absorb shock. I don't like the look/style, but good and fit/functionality is more important to me than aesthetics.
