I like that they are compact. I can carry it on my keychain or in my pocket. The outer shell has a decent thickness. Lasts for several years. 2 minuses: 1. How many reviews. One of them requires the probes to be set to the "off" position to turn them on. The other one was ok. Pretty annoying.2. I'm not sure about the durability of the circuit board. Specifically battery connectors. Overall not a bad price for 2.

TLDR: Works only immediately after programming. Necessary programming before each successful use. The remote controls looked like new and were delivered quickly. However, they only work 5 minutes after programming. In the morning I program the device and can open the garage door. At the end of the day when I came back at the end of the day the device stopped working. It works after I reprogrammed it. It was like this every day until I got it back. It wasn't the batteries that were replaced.

I lost my shop door remote many years ago and have never bothered to replace it.
