I almost bought it because of bad reviews. I've been using Bag Balm at the bank for over 20 years. Bag Balm is oil based and is an excellent moisturizer. This is my first time using soap but definitely not the last. I love it. It lasts as long if not longer than other soaps. This will be my soap for the next 20 years.

I've been using Original Bag Balm for over two decades. Bought my first jar from a farm shop to use on my dog who had a small scratch and it healed him great. Since then I've used it on both my pets and my own scratches and cuts. I was very excited to hear they make body soap so I bought them. But he disappointed me a lot. I love this soap. I love the scent and how it softens the skin. For me it's worth the cash price. Since switching to this soap, I have had a lot less itching. 1 bar is enough for about 6 weeks. In case you're wondering, this doesn't smell like bag balm. This has a light scent.

We used to use udder pouch balm on cows when they cracked on a dairy farm - probably a lot of farmers do. When I saw the soap I thought what the heck, I'll try it! It has a nice rosemary-lemon scent, lasts quite a while and has a great lather. Everyone liked it. It's a bit pricey so I won't be using it all the time, but it's a good moisturizing soap for the winter months.

A little pricey, but I like the herbal smell - more menthol than rosemary, but it's not overpowering and fades quickly after use. The soap lathers exceptionally well and feels nice on my skin, but I've yet to decide if I'll notice any additional moisturizing effects.
