My girlfriend gave me this dressing gown. Age! it is excellent. I am infinitely happy. First, let me tell you that I have never used a bathrobe (!) before. I've never had a bathrobe before but wow I missed it! The coat is amazing! It dries so fast! It's very comfortable and soft! I'm 5ft 8" and she bought me L/XL, it fits perfectly. I love this bathrobe. The image on the Revain looks more blue-grey so I was hoping the green color description was a bit off. No, that's an image. It's really green. I still love it even though I like wearing it. I ordered a large BC, didn't want to worry about shrinkage and it fits the space, but I don't think it will be enough for my husband (5ft 10in, 210lbs). It's soft and I find it absorbent. I dry myself with a towel before applying. I think some don't? Hence the concern about absorbency?

I like this robe because it's long enough for me to wear in the morning so my butt doesn't hang out when we have guests, but one thing i want to change is the size. Other reviews mention fit issues and are correct. I'm 63" tall, about 80kg (5ft 3in, 175lbs) and size L/XL was needed to ensure good hip coverage/overlap. S/M was very short, reaching just below the knees. Although it covered my waist, it stopped about mid-thigh. You must be petite and no larger than a US 8 for a smaller size to provide good coverage.
