Treatment of newly diagnosed knee osteoarthritis. It's hard to find the best and most comfortable position with this pillow. I like it best when I'm resting rather than sleeping - the curved edges are uncomfortable when my foot doesn't stay in place. The strap keeps it on the leg but is too loose to keep it in place. Altitude relief is worth trying, but I'll keep looking for a sleep solution.

they were great for about three weeks then both pillows ripped in the middle and now they do nothing, nobody tells me i should fix the problem. very upset about this as it's not like they only have a few bucks. Don't waste your money folks they are poorly made and after 3 weeks of use they ripped in the connecting part down the middle and no one answers you leaving you stuck with two pillows that I can't use because they are junk.

Little hope that this pillow would relieve the back/pelvic pain I've been waking up with every morning for years. But it worked! The last two mornings I woke up almost pain free. I've tried so many pillows over the years and none of them have worked perfectly. It's very comfortable, love the strap that keeps it in place when I change positions, and it's reasonably priced. When in doubt - try - this sufferer works great for a long time.

When I sleep my knees rub against each other causing great discomfort and pain that sometimes lasts all day. I invested in one of these pillows after learning the best way to keep them from rubbing against each other. This pillow is so soft and feels so natural. At first I thought it would be too thick and uncomfortable, but it isn't. I wish the elastic was a little tighter but overall I am very happy with this product. It's only been 3 days but I've been pain free for 3 days!

What's not to like!? The price is great, the color is a nice neutral gray and the fabric and memory foam seem to be of great quality. Pillows like this cost twice as much so I'm glad I bought them for less than half the price! I bought this pillow for my husband who likes to wedge standard pillows between his legs until they deform. Blah! This wedge foam pillow will work much better and won't take up as much space in our bed. I can just buy another one to use!

So I haven't slept on it yet, but putting it between my legs feels like it's working. I sleep on my side and can't lie down straight to save my life (literally), but it also hurts my neck. So out of curiosity I turned this pillow over (narrow side up) and put my head on it and so far it's the best neck pillow I've found and it's not even designed for that. So TLDR she gets 4 stars because I think it will work for my legs and because I want one for my neck too lol. I'll update in a few nights

I bought this after hip replacement because you can't go beyond a certain angle on your side. The cover is very comfortable, easy to wash and fits perfectly thanks to its shape. I liked it so much I bought a second one to give to my parents to have when I visit. My 20 year old niece fell in love with it when we went on a short weekend trip. So I had to buy it too. After the 3rd purchase I'm finally writing a review lol I've bought others in the past but never used them. Definitely recommend…
