*Very* hard pillow! Can be better for excitement than sleep
Treatment of newly diagnosed knee osteoarthritis. It's hard to find the best and most comfortable position with this pillow. I like it best when I'm resting rather than sleeping - the curved edges are uncomfortable when my foot doesn't stay in place. The strap keeps it on the leg but is too loose to keep it in place. Altitude relief is worth trying, but I'll keep looking for a sleep solution.
