Helped a loved one lose weight

This product definitely does not contain the highest quality ingredients. I didn't buy it for that though. A member of my family was ill and couldn't do much. The calorie content of these shakes is relatively high, so I had him start drinking them every day and less, and lo and behold, his weight started to stabilize. I give it 5 stars simply because this product can help my family member gain more weight.

Pros
  • Gainers
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors

The taste is excellent, does not mix with almond milk.

Tastes great, mixes well I think. I use almond milk instead of water or cow's milk, so this can be an issue, but even after two minutes of vigorous shaking, lumps still remain in the blender bulb bottle. And unfortunately, if you take half a serving at a time, there's actually less protein and fewer calories than half a serving of a non-gainer from this brand, and when it comes to protein volume, you're getting the same amount of protein for less.

Pros
  • Diet and sports nutrition
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Works fast. About Diet & Sports Nutrition

Body Fortress. A brand intrigued by the idea of an affordable soy-free protein concentrate. I've been using their protein for years. When I was OTR, I made a living from it. It helped me move in extreme heat and cold. At times, this coffee was a long way to go and I could walk into any Walmart and stock up. My system seems to be consistent with this brand. So I believed this gainer would be effective. I've been using weight gainers as a strategy for years. Only as an anabolic nutrient source…

Pros
  • Health & Home
Cons
  • Available in White Only
