Car Mate RG22 Black Mirror Review

My car has an awkward blind spot so I looked for a solution and found these mirrors. Holy Hanna! Doesn't matter! Now I don't have to break my neck to see if someone is in the back of my car. Now I can see the full length of both sides of my car. This is my second mirror. My first one broke after many years. This is perhaps the only downside; The "legs" that attach it to the car mirror can break off fairly easily if you don't properly attach or detach the mirror. So read the instructions first.

I first ordered a 10" which turned out to be warped (and too small) so I returned it and a 12" (11.8" to be exact) Bought it and I'm happy. This mirror is longer than the standard Honda Accord mirror but I don't feel like I can see much more. A slight increase I'm sure due to its size, but maybe it's just that I've been compensating for small mirrors all along. Amazing clarity compared to other wide angle mirrors I've bought. RAZO/Carmate has always offered a great product at an affordable price. I would advise potential buyers to hold a couple of mirrors in their car before ordering to see if it really helps them. It increased my field of vision, but it only helped me see more inside my car. Good price, easy to install and clear picture. It has improved my rear view compared to the factory rear view mirror, allowing me to see things behind my car better (bigger and closer).
