The site said to order half a size larger. I'm 11.5 and all my shoes are a size 12 but the chacos I have are too big. After checking the net I found that the chakos is measured from the heel to the ball of the foot and it is recommended to decrease the size. Now the price of the same sandals has increased by +20 dollars. It would be nice to be able to resize them to the right size at no extra cost to me. If the seller is willing to send me a correct size replacement I will update my review. But

Countless product pages - this one was broken

First off, it's a little annoying that the Chaco store page doesn't just list one product with multiple size and color options. no Each variation looks like a separate page. Sock style or not? Cloud or classic? Grey, brown, black? size 11? size 12? All. Cut. Products. Makes finding the *right* one for you a bit of a challenge. end of discourse. Found this combination and at a discount? To be too good to be true! Right. One of the sandals just didn't fit as described. The one on the left worked…

Typical excellent quality chaco

I have worn this style of chaco for many years in all conditions. The cloud feature is a little softer and can come in handy early in the season while your legs are getting stronger. Not really worth the extra cost and it's not known if this extra layer reduces durability due to the increased risk of delamination. I really like the design of their soles. I don't know why but they seem to have more grip and slightly better stability on uneven surfaces. In general, as always, very happy with…

I love this sandal. for sport sandals and flip flops

At first it was like a magic cube trying to figure out which strap to pull where, but I figured out the order, they're great. I bought these because one of the AT instructors at my REI said he got through the second half of AT on his. I believe it after a moderate 10 miles in mine. Caution: Make sure you adjust the thumb loop correctly or it will cut into the web of your finger (oops).

Pros
  • Easy assembly
Cons
  • Weak set

Tulip or not?

Colorado outdoor sandals almost standard. Very convenient. Toe-loop or not toe-loop? I chose the sheepskin coat because I need extra support when crossing streams. Also, you can smooth it out if you want more freedom. The lambskin coat doesn't bother me at all, it's just a little difficult to put on. Clouds are what you need for an extra pillow.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Out of fashion

waste of money too long straps hurt

i really wanted to love these shoes but the straps are too long so when you try to tighten them the buckle is maxed out, so that a hard plastic buckle sits directly on your ankle. I even downsized my regular shoes after reading the Chaco sizing info and it didn't even help. I should have stayed with my Keens, they are much more comfortable, offer more protection and you don't have to read the instructions on how to put them on. Very disappointed

Pros
  • delivery was very fast
Cons
  • i don't remember but there was something
