3 months. First, let me say that I'm not hard on my wallet. I usually tire of them before they wear out. But exactly 3 months after receipt, this bag is very difficult to use. First the zipper came loose, which was literally impossible to close (see photo). Then the part holding the shoulder strap broke. I don't even use this strap often - I use backpack straps but now this part has snapped and is hanging on the bag (also visible in the picture). It's a shame because I really liked the bag.

The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the inner lining is thin and stiff. Almost like felt. The color is army green rather than olive. It looks great crossbody, but I also like backpack straps that you can hang over the back of a chair. Lots of space. I can put in my Revain Fire, a small notepad and a small cosmetic bag, as well as other random items from the purse - wallet, keys, etc. The fluffy bunny keychain was a sweet bonus gift! I bought this bag to use at a big convention earlier this month.
