Great hiking and everyday gloves

I usually wear size L and this size L fits me very well. There is enough space on the palm and back of the hand so as not to impede movements. It is comfortable to hold trekking poles or handlebars without excessive pressure on the joints. The fit at the fingertips is perfect for me, except my thumbs are 1cm longer and my thumbs only reach the end of the gloves when I put my thumb up. I don't think my activity is related to "thumbs up" at all. Walking outdoors at a temperature of 4 degrees…

Pros
  • DURABLE: Columbia's attention to detail sets our apparel apart. We only use the highest quality materials, professional craftsmen and strong stitching. These durable gloves will delight you for many seasons to come.
Cons

Gloves do not warm hands (fingers) at low temperatures.

They look good and are of excellent quality. Touch screen tips work, but not very well. They do not warm hands and fingers in severe frost! I need to find other cold weather gloves. For example - Columbia Men's Northport Insulated Softshell Glove. I will add a little. I am not satisfied with the condition of the hands (fingers) in cold weather in these gloves. At 0 degrees Celsius you can just walk in it. But as soon as the temperature drops to at least -5 degrees Celsius, the fingers simply…

Pros
  • Hand wash
Cons
  • Style 90

This pair of gloves is not designed for extreme cold but is of high build quality and should be able to withstand most urban east coast winter conditions. and outdoor activities. If you need to use it in 20F or colder temperatures with a high wind chill factor you will need to either use it with a pair of sleeve/liner gloves or get a pair of heavier gloves. The seams and seams are well finished. The profile is slim and they don't feel bulky to me. I can wear them with business and casual wear…

Pros
  • Slip On
Cons
  • Infinitely Sluggish

Does not fit small size imo

I have done all the reviews and have ordered one size larger than usual. Big mistake, these gloves fit me like all other gloves of this style that I have bought. The gloves I ordered plus size have bulging at the fingertips and I had to go to my regular order of a medium size. The gloves themselves are amazing and great quality. Touch screen tips work exactly as they say.

Pros
  • COMFORTABLE FEATURES: Improved grip and abrasion resistant palms with synthetic suede finish combined with our Nexgen Contour softshell polyester, wrapped with a tight wrist strap and mating clips to prevent glove littering
Cons
  • Functionality

Cracked finger after first use

Bought as a gift, cracked finger after first use. Unfortunately the entire packaging was thrown away, otherwise I would have sent it back. Not cool!

Pros
  • 80% polyester, 20% polyurethane
Cons
  • Expensive

Ill-Fit Gloves & Mittens

Gloves fit but are incredibly uncomfortable. I always wear size "S" and here is either bad quality or wrong fit. I sent them back.

Pros
  • ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY: These water- and stain-resistant men's gloves feature our proprietary Omni-SHIELD Advanced Repellent Technology, providing heat and moisture protection that stays cleaner longer.
Cons
  • Safety

Looks and feels great, but not for cold weather.

They look good, fit well and the fingers on the touchscreen really work. They seem well put together. They don't keep your hands and fingers warm in temperatures around 40 degrees or below! I need to find another option for these chilly nights.

Pros
  • SENSOR CAPACITY GLOVES. These gloves are comfortable in today's digital world and feature touchscreen compatible fingertips. Puzzles
Cons
  • Updates available
