Good value for money cleaning swabs but they don't do all 'hard' cleaning. If you are selling a gun cleaning item, you should be aware that the various stages of the cleaning process are highly stressful. Thin wood breaks off too easily if a little elbow grease is mixed in with the cleaning.

You get three different types of tips for one great price. The big disadvantage is that you cannot press on it at all, otherwise the wooden stick will break. I've used them to clean various things from guns, air conditioning, tools and electrical and as long as you don't put pressure on the wand they work fine. If you try to apply minimal force to the wand to put more pressure on the cotton tip to try to clean a small area to remove accumulated debris, the wand will break.

This is the first time I've deviated from my regular cotton swabs, which I've been using for as long as I can remember. But I was addicted to these wooden sticks for the first time. I do not recommend them for children or babies as these tampons are smaller than average making it too easy to get too deep down the ear canal if you are not careful. A lesson I learned the hard way (oops!) so be careful and use it wisely. But now that I'm aware of the potential danger, I use these tampons sparingly

Overall good value for money and the packaging is nice but the wooden sticks are a bit thin and the cotton isn't that full as I want. To be honest, wooden swabs are the gold standard in my opinion. But they're hard to find online or even in stores for some weird reason. I've tried many alternatives and none compare to the Q-Tips version. I am a fan of dry ears, every shower after shower drives me crazy. They work, but they could definitely be better.
