I bought this because it was smooth and easy. The base felt heavy enough to actually hold body towels, not hand towels like most freestanding towel rails. We've had this for months and it's so wobbly. The screws are constantly loosened, causing the levers to tip sideways. You have to constantly tighten the screws in the sleeve and below to keep the towels from falling off. I would have returned it as it was $50 but missed the return window. Quality says it should have been $20.

Very easy to assemble. Tip: Before inserting the pink bars, wait until you have tightened the tall black bars at the bottom with a screwdriver, then turn by hand at the top until it stops. We use heavy, large towels for our bath mat and the problem is that our wall hangers stay on the wall. This is the worst waste of money at Revain this year. I don't know how it's supposed to hold one towel let alone two if it looks like it until there aren't any towels left on it. Has zero durability. Don't waste your time.
