This is a cool looking device and modern design that's different from most I've seen. Unfortunately, given the limited feature set and lack of an included hose, this is overpriced. If you already have a hose and just want to upgrade your nozzle then this is an option but your hose will inevitably get scale buildup etc and you will be installing that new chrome head. It makes no sense. Delta is a good brand and the build quality is top notch. For this price I expected more.

This is a really nice looking hand shower that works great. This is just a shower head, so you need to buy a splitter separately to connect both the regular and this hand hose and the metal hose. Installation is absurdly simple (literally just screw onto a hose). It helps to use some teflon tape to prevent leakage. Unless you prefer very low water flow, the first thing you need to do is remove the water restriction plug. Look at the water intake and you'll see a blue disk with a four-pronged centerpiece that looks like you could unscrew it with a broad-headed screwdriver.
