Dorman 973 459 Blower Motor Resistor Review

The wiring harness that came with the kit is not compatible with my Dodge Caliber 07 even though it says so. The plastic end caps are the wrong size and/or shape. The resistance fitted and worked well.

Says it fits a 2010 Jeep Patriot. Was also matched with a fan motor for a Patriot, but obviously not suitable. how amazon will sell us a 2 wire fan with a 4 wire harness to connect. Hope the return goes smoothly.

Excellent product, used on my gfs 08 patriot to correct the airflow speed. I didn't need all the wire but it's nice to know they include it if needed. The placement of the module was a poor move by Chrysler as everything was rusted and battered by the protruding firewall, but it was still a great and simple solution.

I received my product in perfect condition. I had no problem putting it on my 2013 Dodge Avenger which sits under the dash. Many Thanks. I bought it because I was trying to get the air to blow harder and colder like it should. It didn't work, but I installed a new one anyway. It turned out to be my cabin filter, located behind the glove box, which was also easy to remove. If others have a problem with not blowing air, check your cabin air filter.
