Dryer Ball Set Of 2 Review

While these dryer balls aren't built to last, they really do the job: speed up drying time and keep my laundry lint-free. I usually put two of these in a regular dryer. They're a bit soft and get hot so buy more if you want consistent drying sessions.

I bought 4 to speed up the drying time of my comforter and duvet cover and so far they have worked well. I haven't seen any signs of a split like some experienced ones. However, I have noticed that they are much smaller than the ones I had many years ago. Time will tell how long they last but so far they do exactly what I wanted and are a good price. So if they wear out in 6 months or a year and I need to replace them I don't worry about the cost. The benefits are worth the extra cost.

I'm still looking for the softer but effective dryballs I saw and used at a friend's. You are not. They work by hitting clothes hence the three stars but they are so hard it's like the dryer falling apart until warm - about 5 minutes - then they soften, both the actual material of the bullets and the sound. They have not softened over time and start ringing loudly every time the dryer is loaded. The ones I've seen in Florida had a thick rubber feel and they worked well, but had just enough…
