This product and this page reads as if you can buy filters and change them, but that is not the case. You cannot open this and replace the filter. Once the filtering process is complete, you need to replace the shower head again. Please someone prove me wrong and show me how to replace the filters on this one!

I checked the water quality before and after the installation. Before installation: 267 ppm (bad). After installation: 243 ppm (bad). The difference is nominal and false advertising. I will request a refund. Anything below 100 (especially less than 50ppm) is good, and that's what you should get from the supposed 15-stage filtration.

This is a great shower and filter combination. The filter comes in standard sizes so you can use it with whatever shower you already have. I used it for a week and it didn't affect the water flow which is good. I like the shower, it's quite wide with even outlets. I'll wait and see how the water affects the hair and also how long the filter lasts.

Don't go back just because it's better than the shower head I use in my apartment.
