I bought my mother in law different types of chemical caps and this is her favorite cap. It is very soft, comfortable and breathable. I bought this hat because my hair has fallen out from chemotherapy. It's really cute! I love that I can decorate the hat with the included scarf or replace it with my own to match my outfit. I have a very large head (24 inches at my hairline) so it fits my body snugly. But the fabric is soft and comfortable on my sensitive scalp. It is machine washable (remove scarf) and dries well.
