Turn any adjustable chair into a stool

Couldn't find the perfect stool for my dressing table. I found an adjustable chair that I really liked and bought a longer air hose knowing I was going to use it instead of the short one that came with the chair. I have previously bought another chair thinking it was larger and I had a very difficult time removing the short tube after the chair was assembled. I learned from this and waited to assemble my new chair until I had a longer pipe.

Pros
  • Power transmission products
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than other options

Broke on the first day.

I nearly injured my head after using this part. The sentence was fine. After sitting on the chair several times, the tip of the rod that slipped into the seat broke. The metal was very thin and hollow. The tip snapped off immediately, sending me sideways. I haven't set this incorrectly or in an app outside of the options. I compared it to my old setup and it matched. The only difference was that the description of this item was marked as super powerful.

Pros
  • Gas
Cons
  • Damaged

Installation was a bit fiddly, but that's to be expected.

I tried installing it at work but found it would take a bit more effort so I took the chair home. (I bought my own chair for work and it needed to be a bit taller.) I ended up removing the seat, placing the base between two very close outer soft pine work tables and pounding the base until it fell apart. With the new base, the chair lets me stand on tiptoe in the lowest position, which was exactly what I wanted. It was an ordinary short office chair. I have longer legs. I also love tallerโ€ฆ
