Very disappointing. The fasteners are not suitable for thigh-high medical stockings. If you have stockings with a silicone top band, this belt will not work!

I wear high socks so much. I'm totally banging my head now when I remember all the socks I would have gotten rid of too soon that were showing signs of sagging. That's great! They are super durable and comfortable. I wish I had tried that sooner.

I think they would be great for everyday garters, although I haven't had the chance to pull them out all day. I like metal clips but only part of them are metal. The part that goes into the metal part is plastic. They seem to be holding up well though. I was under the impression these clips were suspender type so that was my fault.

This garter belt is just what I was looking for to keep my socks up on those days when I have high hips. The elastic band is very elastic and the straps are very easy to adjust.
