It doesn't smell like the ones I have left. The old stuff smelled so good and I was excited to have more, but the new stuff smells bad. I'm not sure if it's fake or if they just changed the formula, but it has an almost nauseous smell. almost like lingering ammonia, I would say. Sad.

We have a Kirby and I think this is the best solution. We originally wanted a lavender scent, but settled on this one and are still happy with it. Works perfectly. I love the fact that it dries quickly and helps block blemishes. We received it tightly sealed with no leaks. Very satisfied and will definitely buy more. Thanks very much!

This dry foam carpet shampoo works amazingly well. Compared to my Rug Doctor and Rug Doctor carpet shampoos, this Kirby formula used with my new Kirby beats everything else out of the water. My living room carpet is spotless, odor free and with just one shampoo it looks almost new again and is as soft as can be. He smells so wonderful!

was all wasted and dirty. I didn't have anything around or on top either, just decided to pop at the seams and leak. I intentionally bought a large bottle to have on hand when I need it, but the bottle was so cheap it didn't store well and all my money was wasted. If you buy this I recommend putting it in another waterproof container in case it leaks.

This is by far the best carpet shampoo for people who have pets. I work in the dog rescue industry and we specialize in elderly and sick dogs. I've been looking online for an unscented carpet shampoo. I finally found this Kirby product. I had never heard of Kirby and couldn't find any reviews but decided to give it a try.
