We used it for our daughter's pageant. It's a little long so you'll either have to tape it underneath or pin it. I think it's better, although the extra material is better than when my daughter was grown. We just pinned it inside at the bottom, you don't see it because the fabric is heavy and you can't see through it. We were very happy with our purchase.

This dress did exactly what I needed. I bought this for my daughter to wear to the parade and it looked amazing on her. she looked great in it! Unfortunately the skirt is not as wide as in the photo. I also want the petticoat to be the same color as the dress. We ordered red and the petticoat was white. You could see it through the sparkles. I think this simple fix would have made this dress a little better.

The dress is beautiful and there was no problem with the consistency but we had a problem with the zipper and had to replace it because it was very difficult to close with the consistency and it broke when she tried it on.
