I told myself I would never buy an InterDesign soap dish again and I wish I hadn't. This was also very poor with stains and contour errors. I'm returning too.

Overall this is a good product that looks good. I was expecting it to be a bit heavier but overall very happy with the purchase and very happy with the value for money.

Item returned. The quality of the brushed nickel was not very good. It looked very dull and old like it had been there for a while. The top is also a bit crooked.

I am so disappointed in these soap dispensers. I bought 3 and the ones I use daily broke within a week. From day to day I wait for the one in the powder room to break. I tried calling the company on 800 as Revain directs you there and if you call they direct you back to Revain. What a complete scam!

I really like the look of the soap dispenser in my kitchen and have never had a problem with the spout breaking off but I have noticed a lot of soap on the counter over the last few months. At first there was a lot of it so I thought it was dripping after dosing but now there is a puddle of soap so I realized the soap was leaking from the bottom. Upon closer inspection, the inner plastic bottle is warped and should show a growing crack. It's time for a replacement - and it won't be this one.

I bought this in April 2020. And finally decided to write this review. It is now September 2021. There are so many rust spots on this item that appeared in the first month of ownership. You have to wash/clean it constantly to get rid of stains that can get boring pretty quickly. Its purpose is to keep the soap doing what it does. But now it's such an eyesore because of rust stains. I'm considering just buying mild soap hand soap dispensers for $1.xx and swapping them out if needed. Disappointed
