Very strong and large

Bought these for a cool project and was a bit nervous that they would be flimsy but quite the opposite. They are so strong that it was difficult to cut them into 3 pieces for the activity I needed them for. Great project! I'm sure they will last a long time. :)

Pros
  • 12 looms per pack
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors

Perfect Training Loom

This loom is made from very durable cardboard that will last a long time! Give students a loom to take with them and keep their costs down. I will buy it again in the future if needed.

Pros
  • Made from virtually indestructible 1/8" chipboard
Cons
  • No Machine

Upcoming Questions

I bought these for high school students to spin straws. The students did well although the weave was a bit looser than I like due to the width between the loops. However, the warp stayed and the loom held up fairly well. Some of the notches broke or bent at the end of the project/on removal from the machine - about 3/4 of the machines I buy are reusable, which isn't too bad. I've used one myself - I'm an experienced weaver - and was able to do 3 weaves before the tongues started to fail. Iโ€ฆ
