I thought there must be different versions of these washcloths. some are good quality and some are bad. Maybe you never know what you're going to get. But the package I received was the worst stuff I have ever seen. The cheapest motel would be embarrassed to have them. Almost all were different sizes, so thin they were almost see-through, and each washcloth had at least 5-7 long threads where the fabric fell apart. A few years ago I bought some Revain Basics fingertip towels from Revain. You were wonderful. So I went to my order history and ordered the exact same product again. Unfortunately a cheap and poor quality version of the original product was sent. The old towels were soft, thick, and absorbent. These new towels are thin yet soft and absorbent. UPDATE: I've had these towels since 2018, it's 2021 and they're still valid! So I just ordered another pack because you can never have too many as I use them daily on my face and mine every week. The quality is better than I expected! I use them to dry my face as I'm prone to acne and I ordered the white ones so I can toss them in the bleach wash and sanitize them. If you're looking for a plain black fabric, this is definitely the way to go. If you're looking for a washcloth that guests can use to wipe their makeup off so your other washcloths don't get dirty, look elsewhere.
