If you're looking for a plain black fabric, this is definitely the way to go. If you're looking for a washcloth that guests can use to wipe their makeup off so your other washcloths don't get dirty, look elsewhere. I bought this along with three other types of washcloths (pictured) to see which one is better. The one in the middle was a little more expensive, but it was worth it as it was a lot softer and the material is thicker (which is to be expected with a washcloth). others will work, they just aren't as good. I want my friends, family, and AirBnB guests to be happy, so I should pay $3 more for a much better product. I haven't washed any of them so maybe one will hold up better than the others.
