I ordered this liner for padding in a new Pottery Barn case. I was too cheap to buy her insole. The quality of the insole was much better than I expected and I am very happy with it! It's perfect for her 12x24 cover and is very full. This isn't one of those flimsy, barely-filled pillows that irritate you when you're willing to spend just a little more for a better one. I highly recommend it!

This is a 12 x 24 pillow as opposed to what another poster has posted - maybe they sent the wrong one or didn't know what you measured at the seams. It comes crumpled but fills a lot and is soft - the perfect sun lounger cushion because it looks full but flattens out nicely so it's convenient to buy. I'm praying they'll be back on sale soon because I need three more!

Bought these and paid the tailor to make sunshade pads. I chose this style because it was advertised as safe for outdoors and they gather on a glass porch. Be careful when unpacking and unpacking, don't use sharp scissors, they are incredibly shrink wrapped and tiny, but if you carefully remove the plastic once air gets in, the pillow will expand. Then I threw the pillows in the dryer. Air the down for 10 minutes before taking it to a tailor to keep it nice and large.

I didn't quite believe a few other reviewers and figured that since my case is 12 x 21 the extra length would make up for the 'exact' width - well, that it doesn't t! The 24-inch length hardly looks normal as it fills the edges, but the width doesn't even fill to the brim. Like the other reviewer, I couldn't stuff it in to really fill in the corners. On the plus side, the insert isn't lumpy and looks well made. Overall it is about 3-4 inches thick in the center and crumples down to about 2 1/2…
