I ordered a medium size and the shirt was good. It was comfortable but a bit spacious but not that big. I think I can scale it down if I try and it won't be as roomy as it's 50% cotton.

I am 5'8" tall female and weigh 155 lbs. I have a small in black and white. Fits me well. But the shirts are thin. Not fat. And the whites show through a bit, which is to be expected.
