I bought these to stretch temporarily and they are great. One thing I don't like is that the screw is so short that it only takes two or three turns to screw it in at the back, which makes me nervous. I haven't fallen yet so I'm just paranoid. They fit great but two pairs of diamonds (my main reason I bought them) didn't last more than 2 1/2 weeks. In the black pair, some of the diamonds were skewed, slightly overlapping the other diamonds. A few days for which fell first!
