I color my hair once a month and heat style it almost every day. I got my first bottle of this keratotherapy mask with a BoxyCharm subscription but I liked it so much I bought more. This stuff really changed the texture, feel and look of my dry, damaged hair. I use it about twice a week and it doesn't weigh my hair down at all, just brings it back to life.

I received my product and it was inflated in a plastic bag. shown in the photo above. I cannot return it at the moment as I am traveling and need this product. Remove and use very gently so the conditioner doesn't ooze out of the top seam. I like the product but I am very unhappy with the delivery.

Should have been easier to dose. It's thick and gravity in the bottle doesn't affect it. It should be in a wide-necked container. So you can just dig around with your fingers to find what you need. As for the product itself, there's nothing special here. I left this product in my hair all night and let it sit for 10 minutes. I don't feel any difference.
