    Do not buy.: Paper and plastic

    These paper towels are hard and rough. They are also difficult to get out of the dispenser. waste of money. Very disappointed. Wouldn't recommend it.

    The box arrived crumpled. - Paper towels

    The box has been flattened but the packaging is still sealed. I like it. Easy to use. But it can be a cheaper alternative to make your own small folded towels and place them neatly in a pretty basket in the bathroom. I started this. As long as I like it!

    The paper is hard but absorbs well.

    The product is hard but absorbent and dries out hands. I give it a 5 for softness but 5 for what it does. The container looks like a large tissue box in which the product is distributed like tissues. The box looks nice too

    very poor quality best household goods

    these towels are very hard. Can be used for cleaning, but is not suitable for anything else. Will not buy this type of Kleenex towel again. I will try a softer version of Kleenex but I am very disappointed that Kleenex is putting such a low quality item on the market.

    Extremely Rough!: Paper towels

    I DO NOT like these towels. These are not the Kleenex towels I used to have. The only good thing I can say about them is that they REALLY absorb very well. That's the only reason I gave them 3 stars. They are very rough and seem to smell a bit. .

    I always like these when I'm in someone else's house because I don't like using a towel that has already been used by a dozen or more people. The box was a little dented, they're not super soft, they're absorbent, they're a little hard to get out of the box, but I'll definitely buy them again.

    These are not the towels I've been using for many years. They're not that absorbent. They are tough where others were soft. Those tears are just trying to get her out of the box. The old version was much more powerful. I am very disappointed in Kleenex for changing their product so drastically and disappointed in myself for spending money on a stainless steel dispenser for my kitchen that only fits Kleenex towels.

    I had previously bought a couple of "Kleenex" towels and thought they were great - mostly nice, thick, soft paper towels in a napkin box. Apparently, adding the word "pop-up" to the name allows Kleenex to sell a completely different product without stating why it's cheaper. These are rough and tough. If you're looking for home use, get the ones that have a fancy triangular-top box. It's a pleasure to use. Save them for public restrooms at crappy gas stations.
