They do what they do but are pretty blunt.

Sure you're playing tennis in the heat and you need the coolest clothes you can get, but these Lacoste are pretty thin. Just saying two stars is probably unfair but I haven't worn them yet.

Pros
  • Patch: 100% Polyester; Strap: 51% nylon, 41% polyester, 8% elastane; Shell: 86% Polyester, 14% Elastane
Cons
  • Weight

Men's understated overalls

Lightweight, just what I need for warm southern weather. But 100% polyester seems a bit cheap to me. I wish they had some cotton in them. Not long just a bit shorter which I think is more fashionable these days. Good deep pockets for balls.

Pros
  • Flat elastic waistband with internal adjustable drawcord, Lacoste logo insert at bottom center back
Cons
  • Minor issues

Couldn't choose S or M

I like the stretch and lightness. Very comfortable and easy to move around the court when worn. The pockets comfortably hold 5-6 tennis balls. I'm between S and M and I chose M. Functionally, M is fine, but I think I would have preferred the look of S.

Great shorts for men

These shorts are great. They are very comfortable. I ordered a size larger than usual. I have a 34 waist but my hips (and buttocks) are quite large. I usually wear large underwear or gym shorts, but for these shorts I ordered the X-Large equivalent. They fit great.

  • Men
Cons
  • Some bugs

Great Tennis Shorts

These shorts are by far the most comfortable I have, in fact I've just ordered a second pair. I particularly like the light and very soft fabric, which consists of 86% polyester and 14% elastane. Fits perfectly although European/French size 6 appears to be listed as US size XL on label. These shorts fit more like a US size L. The price for the first pair was $35.99 unpaid but had risen to $47.99 by the time I ordered the second pair.
