I bought these gloves as a gift for someone so I can't comment on how they hold up over time but they look and feel fantastic. I was concerned they would be uncomfortable or itchy due to the outside of the gloves. And then you stick your hand in. And surprise! They are very warm and incredibly soft on the inside. Excellent value for money in my opinion.

I've worn them all winter. They are great for walking my dog as I can keep my hands a little warm but still be able to tear up dog treats with my fingers. When it was very cold (e.g. -40 windy) I wore these gloves with a pair of mittens to keep my hands warm but I was able to access my fingers without having to take the whole glove off.

I love everything about these gloves and wear them all the time. I'm wearing them right now as I write this review with no issues. They are less bulky and tight than other wool knitted fingerless gloves I own. If you have small or large hands they will fit as the knit is not very tight and they can stretch without being too loose. It's really beautiful.

I use it for winter photos. In Antarctica I combined them with silk gloves. It was summer in Antarctica, but it wasn't hot. This system worked great. I also used them to photograph the Northern Lights in the Northwest Territories last fall (no silk gloves, sorry). It was windy and cold. These gloves helped. It would be better to have liners. My mother had these. She was old (she died last January at the age of 100). She used them to keep her hands warm around the house. It did her good.

The only problem with them is that the pilling on the outside is a bit too much. Otherwise I love her. They are so warm and I wear them all the time. I often get cold and they are built to withstand heavy use in sub-freezing temperatures. They are not too long to gather around the wrist and fit perfectly as they stretch a bit. I think they are made for women and I love how well they fit. I thought they might be too small based on other reviews I read but have had different experiences. I hate…
