Love the satin nickel finish and the quality of the shower head. Big size and good features. The only problem is that the hose is very stiff and doesn't flatten very well. Feels like hard plastic. Over time I will need to replace the tubing with something more flexible and not as rigid. And that's why I gave 3 stars.

After reading the reviews I also bought a longer metal hose to use. Unfortunately, the fittings in this set are not suitable for the shower head. Currently using the kit as is but looking for a solution to mismatched fittings. The best solution for the manufacturer would be to replace the hose with a longer metal hose. The extra cost would be worth it.

Almost a year later this shower still looks new and works great! Without rust and llama. The color has not changed and the hose still works well! The only reason I don't give 5 starts is that the hose is slightly bent forward, like an L shape and doesn't hang normally giving the impression of a cheap hose and I've tried several times to straighten it without success.

Excellent shower head. Better than the more expensive ones we bought because they were one of the few with a copper/gold finish. We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the device. Although plastic (everything cheaper), it's sturdy. The flow is excellent, as are the different settings. It was very easy to install.

I ordered this because it was the color I wanted and the description said it came with all the parts needed for installation. I was excited when I opened the box as the gold color is a rich shade of gold and not a cheap look. The light is very easy to assemble and install and you can do it in literally 5 minutes without any effort. If you use tape (included) there will be no leaks! The 5 shower jets work very well and I highly recommend this shower head!

Purchased in February 2020 for a major bathroom renovation and only installed and running in early April. There are only two adults in the house and nobody but the owners has ever used it - and DEFINITELY never abused it. During use, the connector tip simply broke off at the bottom of the head. The connection between a flexible hose and a rigid shower head will always be the most stressed point, but this hand shower is made of the thinnest plastic at this critical point.

The parts don't match and don't look like they fit together at all. The shower head is a muted gold color, while the head and hose, which are mostly rigid, are a darker brass color that doesn't exist anywhere, and rightly so, because it shouldn't be. It looks terrible and does everything very cheaply. I think, as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for, or in this case, what you don't pay for. This has to be returned as it bothers me every time I look at it. If you are looking for a gold…
