Good Product - Tie Downs

I bought this to replace the tie downs on my roof pannier but decided on ratchet straps because I was traveling from Florida to Massachusetts. I'm writing this review based on the appearance and components of the belts. The overall quality seems very good and the buckle looks exquisite. I connected the ends, stepped on the strap and pulled, and it seems to be holding up well. I will most likely use this for my little tag that I use for content protection.

Pros
  • Sturdy Construction
Cons
  • No Automatic

I have two posts that support the mooring cover on my boat, one in front and one in back. The two poles are connected at the top by a strap. Each pole is then connected to the front and back of the boat with tensioned straps. After the belts were tightened, the belt route from the C-pillar to the A-pillar became very tight. My mooring cover is properly maintained. My belts were starting to wear out. These belts worked perfectly.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • weak

Decent strap but not stiffer, less stretchy and easier to use

I have and use many different straps for different purposes. There are basically two different types of nylon straps. They are made of softer and less durable bands, they stretch more and are probably less durable, at least in my experience. The cams are decent and it's nice that they include something like a buckle spacer. So if you've used them for something where the metal buckle could scratch something, this helps minimize that risk. However, if it poses a risk, it's usually best to use a…

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled
