Works great. I would highly recommend this product along with the Leachco Back N Belly Contoured Pillow as the cover that comes with the pillow is very difficult to put on and take off. This pillowcase works great and is very easy to put on and take off thanks to the zipper. The last thing you want to do during pregnancy is put the pillow back in its cover. Comfortable, looks great, easy to care for.

Just received this Leachco back and stomach pillowcase which I have had for 2.5 years. Finally, during my third pregnancy, I decided I was done stuffing the pillow back into the pillowcase. This pillowcase is easy to put on and much softer than the original. It has only been washed once so far and I'm not "blown away" by the quality of the material or anything, but I do expect it to get softer with more washes.
