So I've had this dehumidifier for 4 months. Worked fine until one day I emptied it and turned it back on and NOTHING else worked. Waste of $80 and I'm very upset. I can't find anyone to call. Revain has a 30-day return policy and of course Letsport is based in China, so now I've lost $80 and am stuck with a broken dehumidifier. Buyer Warning.

I recently ordered a dehumidifier and it has been very useful in my home. I live in a very old house in Florida and the house holds moisture too well. It filled up completely the first night I used this. Now I run it every night and I can sleep well and breathe easier without feeling sticky all over the house. This unit is very quiet and I like that it's small enough for the size of my house and out of the way. This is the best purchase I've ever made.

We suffer from mold in a small 50 square meter closet where humidity is usually around 70% so we were very excited to try this. It's been running for over 24 hours straight, with the next one completely shut down, and was only able to collect a tablespoon of water in the bin - the humidity has gone from 68% to 67%, so definitely not helpful. Avoid this product and choose one of the more powerful models if you really need to remove water from the air.

I like this little dehumidifier, much smaller than the one I had before and does the job really well.
